Where you Find Fun after the Willow Glen 5K Walk/Run!
The Willlow Glen 5K Run/Walk welcomes racers, families and neighbors for an expanded post-race festival so large we take over two areas of the Willow Glen Elementary school campus.
Enjoy post-race family activities at The Festival.
Access our Main Festival quad from the corner of Lincoln and Minnesota Avenue where you will find:
- Sponsors booths offering…
- Easy access to Race Registration and same-day packet pick up
- Festival Stage to welcome race participants and offer demonstrations and entertainment between race announcements
- Free 10 minute Massage and Chiropractic consults
- First Aid and race participant support
- Willow Glen Elementary PTA offers unique Willow Glen t-shirts, sweat shirts, bumper stickers, and WG reusable shopping bags to show support for our great community
- Delicious pancake breakfast offered by Kiwanis club of Willow Glen. All proceeds go to support Willow Glen science, art, and music programs
Our expanded family area—Playtime!
Located in Tiger Park playground behind the school office, fun activities include:
Kid-friendly activities after the race.
- Come slide down our double inflatable slide
- Take a mini-course session with Schmahl Science
- Create an amazing art piece (need a Mother’s Day gift?) with Art House Kids
- Play one of many games sponsored by family-run community businesses–everyone wins!
- Got cake? We do! Come win one at our Cake Walk run by WGE’s Student Council and sponsored by Jen’s Cakes!
Watch the kids have oodles of fun at the family friendly booths.
Got a stroller? Park it near Playtime!
Got a bike? Park it in our fenced enclosure just off the schools Lincoln Avenue parking lot.
